Oakwood Village Prairie Ridge Facility

This project includes the construction of three different buildings as part of a larger addition to the current facilities in place at Oakwood Village, Prairie Ridge. The first is independent living, consisting of three 5-story towers with a total of 71 residents. A new community center includes a chapel, salon, learning center, and mercantile space. The third building is an addition of a 3-story, 30-bed wing to the current assisted living building.

The scope of work includes installation of 100,000 linear feet of Commscope CAT6 cable and connectivity throughout the facility, and installation of new 50mm multimode and 25pr copper backbone cabling throughout the buildings to the new MDF and IDF closets. Globalcom’s scope also includes installing new security cabling throughout the facility to new CCTV and CATV throughout the project.
