Ascendium

This new 62,000 square foot building located in The American Center Business Park on Madison’s East Side is for Ascendium, a student loan processing company. This design/build project has a near-complete glass exterior. This creates challenges to provide all of this three-story office building’s power and data needs while maintain a clean architectural appearance. Our scope of work includes fiber, structured cabling for voice, data, and audio-video, a video surveillance system with analytics, building access control, burglar alarm, sound masking, and DAS (distributed antenna system) for both cellular and public safety.
